Challenge:

The Community Service Society wanted to expand their online community and fully integrate their online and offline communications. Integrated communication channels help build brand recognition and trusting donors. Running a campaign would also give insight into what appeals to their donors emotionally, and would allow for better design decisions in future fundraising campaigns.

Solution:

FNY launched an online campaign for the Community Service Society to expand their online presence. Integrating online and direct mail messaging, we developed a campaign matching mail pieces, online advertising, and social media designs around the message that CSS provides the right help, at the right time, for all New Yorkers.
