Faircom New York (FNY) is a full-service fundraising and marketing agency headquartered in Manhattan’s vibrant Flatiron district. Alongside our sister agency, Faircom Paris, we partner exclusively with national and international nonprofits to strategize and lead highly effective fundraising campaigns.

We are currently looking for an energetic direct response fundraising professional, with a specialty in direct mail,  to join the account management team and contribute to the overall campaign strategy and execution for several local and national clients.

In this position, you will be the first line of communication for our clients—building and maintaining relationships with multiple nonprofit teams to identify client needs and develop strategies that lead to measurable growth. As the primary client contact, you follow a project through from start to finish—from helping with initial strategy, to working directly on a daily basis with the writer, designer, production team, and client until the project is complete, to tracking performance over time.

The position requires a high degree of organization, self-direction, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to development and execution of year-long direct marketing fundraising campaigns – including mail, email, and social media.
  • Develop yearly production calendars to reflect client strategies, as well as maintaining the required information in the production database.
  • Contribute to presentations and reports for clients with detailed analysis and recommendations.
  • Guide copywriting, design and production management for client projects, including copyediting and creative guidance for design.
  • Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of all campaigns

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in fundraising, marketing or a related field.
  • Nonprofit fundraising and/or agency experience preferred, with a strong background in direct mail and some experience in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills to manage competing deadlines.
  • Strong analytic skills to interpret campaign performance and metrics over time.
  • Problem-solving approach to analyze information and respond quickly and effectively in delivering the highest quality product to clients.
  • Outstanding written and oral communications skills to develop long-standing client relationships.
  • Possess a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment; includes working with a broad range of clients and team members.

FNY is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join our NYC team. This candidate will work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager, acting as a main contact for clients, assisting in business development tasks, and working alongside the team to develop and execute digital fundraising campaigns.

The candidate should have experience in an array of digital marketing skills, including email marketing, social media, search and display advertising, and websites. S/he should be able to work in a team environment but also take the lead on some client strategy and meetings.

Faircom New York, Inc., of New York City, NY seeks Senior Data Analyst to provide analytical support and strategy recommendations; create advanced statistical models for better evaluation; build advanced database system for fundraising campaigns; provision project and provide data flow control among departments; and guide junior data analysts.

Specific duties include:

  • Analyzing results of campaigns effectiveness, modeling on predict investment profitability, and evaluating donor long term value. (30%);
  • Implementing advanced statistical model along with efficient queries and data processing scripts, adapt statistical methods or models to identify relationships and trends in data, as well as any factors that could affect the results or help solving specific problems. (20%);
  • Migrating monolithic database system to an advanced one of elasticity and scalability (20%);
  • Working closely with developers and marketing to develop business and functional requirement documents for the design of new or enhanced systems (15%); and v) providing documentation-based and seminar-based guidance for junior data analyst (15%)

Master’s Degree in Statistics, Math or closely related field and 6 months of statistical or data analysis experience. The individual filling this position can work remotely from home but will be required to travel 3-4 times per year to headquarters in NYC to attend meetings and information gathering sessions. Each visit will be short-term, lasting no more than a few days.
