Learning Ally, a nonprofit dedicated to serving individuals who are blind, visually impaired, or have learning differences such as dyslexia, faced a growing challenge in donor stewardship. In the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic, limited staffing made it difficult to maintain timely, personalized acknowledgments. Outdated materials and a lack of donor segmentation further weakened engagement, putting donor retention and gift frequency at risk.

Solution

Faircom partnered with Learning Ally to overhaul their donor acknowledgment process, transitioning from in-house processing to a trusted external vendor. We designed and implemented updated acknowledgment materials and developed segmented communications that thanked donors in ways that reflected their giving history and relationship to the cause.
