We're so proud of our clients

Faircom New York would like to share a few exciting updates!

The Assistance Fund

The Assistance Fund is one of America’s Favorite 100 Charities!

Did you know that there are over 1.5 million registered charities in the United States?  And our client, The Assistance Fund, is one of America’s FAVORITES.

According to the Chronicle of Philanthropy, The Assistance Fund ranks as number 90 in the United States. And it makes sense.  The Assistance Fund is one of just a few charities that helps Americans meet their co-pay expenses for medicines that they need.  Some copays can be as high as $50,000 per month!

Faircom New York has partnered with the Assistance Fund since October 2018, to help them develop a coherent, integrated digital and direct mail fundraising strategy.  In 2020, execution of the strategy shall begin.

Why do we love the Assistance Fund? Because we don’t think any person should suffer or die because they cannot afford readily available medication. Everyone knows someone intimately who has been affected by insurmountable medical costs. Thank goodness The Assistance Fund is here to help.

Why does the Assistance Fund love Faircom New York?  Because we have a solid track record in helping non-profits grow their donor bases and fundraising ROI.

We’re proud to partner with fiscally responsible and highly effective clients like The Assistance Fund.

The Lustgarten Foundation

This month is Pancreatic Cancer Awareness month and our client, the Lustgarten Foundation, the largest private founder of pancreatic cancer research, has received major celebrity endorsements.  Jeopardy! champion Steven Grade tweeted a call for Jeopardy! enthusiasts to give to Lustgarten.  And Jeopardy! host, Alex Trebek added his poignant plea.

To boot, Jeopardy contestant, Dhruv Gaur, talked about the challenge on the Ellen DeGeneris show and she promoted it as well! Read about it.

Friends of Notre-Dame de Paris

A documentary on the Cathedral called “Des Racines et Des Ailes” (Roots and Wings) recently aired in France.  In one scene, Faircom New York’s very own team was featured discussing the pressing needs the Cathedral has in the wake of her recent fire. Learn more.

Concern Worldwide

Concern Worldwide won the Branding, Communications and Marketing award at this year’s Chartered Accountants Ireland Leinster Society Published Accounts event. This award highlights the commitment that Concern Worldwide devotes to clear, consistent, and accountable reporting.

The Faircom New York team feels grateful and very lucky to be a part of their extended teams. Having pride in our clients gives us pride in our work and informs everything we do.

Planning for Effective Donor Meetings in the “New Normal”

There are some fundamentals you should consider when preparing for these meetings – and new factors to keep in mind during the “new normal” of major gift fundraising in the time of COVID-19.
Say Thank You. Raise Money.

Say Thank You. Raise Money.

Have you started planning for year-end fundraising season? Most nonprofits tend to send only appeals during the Fall season, but that kind of transactional communication can turn donors off. Striking the balance between appeals and cultivations could help you maximize results. A simple thank you goes a long way!

4 Tips for Maximizing Your Monthly Giving Program

Monthly giving programs have become a lifeblood of nonprofits, creating a foundation for consistent, predictable revenue for your organization. But too many organizations are missing these low-hanging fruit: A recent study by Salesforce shows that only 14% of organizations prompted one-time donors to upgrade to recurring gifts when these donors would likely be interested in budgeting their gifts throughout the year. Additionally, 27% of organizations made no attempt to retain a recurring donation from a monthly donor after a credit card was canceled.
